Known Friends: Dingo (more like co-worker, Sleet absolutely hates Dingo, but can't afford not to work with him)
History: Sleet is a bounty hunter, and he's on the job. Sonic, and his siblings are his main target, and, you guessed it, Robotnik is the employer.

        Sleet, contrary to most other bounty hunters, works with a partner. This partner might not be of use mentally, but physically, he is essential. Sleet is the brains, and Dingo is the brawn. Most of their plans are foiled by their very targets. Sleet is always trying new things, and won't stop until he completes his objective.

        Sleet has a voice like the evil henchman from Frankenstein, raspy, and cold, just like his personality.
