Armed with a portable roboticizer, Swatbots ordered by Robotnik to capture and robotocize many of the southern Mobians, including Bunnie's parents. Bunnie narrowly escaped but was pursued and later captured herself. It was at this point that she was rescued by Sonic and Rotor as the roboticization process was halfway complete. This, as it seemed to be at the time, tragic ordeal left Bunnie with her left arm and both legs roboticized and the rest of her body normal. But, this tragedy turned out to be a huge blessing in disguise.
Bunnie manages to keep her perky, happy-go-lucky personality intact, despite the annoying squeaking and clanking if her joints aren't oiled on a regular basis. Always optimistic she lends a bright smile and won't break down when the going gets tough. She despises Robotnik, and Eggman for what he did to her, and would not skip the chance wipe him off the face of the planet if she got the chance. She has gone through much emotional anguish, but now, she has matured into a loyal Freedom Fighter with exceptional strength and determination.
She and Antoine have been dating for some time now, and things seem to be going well for Bunnie, let's just hope that the future holds the same joy that she's experiencing now.
