| History: Sonic, who was born in the
early days of the Great War, was named originally after his
grandfathers, (apparently to his first and middle name) but soon
acquired the nickname Sonic, due to his constant running, and at the
speed of sound.
While Sonic was just a young hoglet,
his parents became victims to the evil roboticizer, a machine
created initially for medical purposes by Charles, So Soon, Sonic found princess Sally to be gaining fondness of him. Sonic traveled many times to the Acorn Kingdom with his uncle during the Great War. At one point in time, the situation became so dire, that many of the children, including Sonic and Sally, had to be sent to a safe haven in knothole. There, they would be watched over by Sally's guardians: Julayla, and Rosie. Soon after the Great War, the warlord of King Acorn, Julian Kintobor, renamed himself Dr. Ivo Robotnik. He also took control of the kingdom and roboticized Sir Charles. This caused a ripple effect. Sonic became an orphan, and started to rebel against the Doctor. He was soon joined by many of his friends, who had also lost their families to the evil schemes of Ivo. As many years passes, Sonic undoubtedly established himself as Robotnik's enemy #1. Constantly assaulting, and ultimately thwarting his evil plans. The tables had turned, however, when Robotnik had put on a sham that was the death of Princess Sally. Sonic, so overwhelmed and devastated by the apparent tragedy, that when he battled Robotnik for the final time, it was a fight to the death. When Sonic found out that Sally wasn't dead, they were soon reunited, and Sally started plans to rebuild Mobotropolis. Sonic soon became bored beyond belief with all the clean-up business, and decided to go on various missions with his best bud, Tails. When they returned to Their home, they found many changes had taken place, including the fact that Robotnik was back, even deadlier than before. With a new robotic body, and a new name: Eggman, this is an enemy that will not go down so easily. Ever since, Sonic once again become the primary target for this new foe, and will never give up the fight for freedom. |

uncle. Once he found out how his device had been used, he renounced
his scientific lifestyle, and devoted his life, instead, to his new
nephew, and working at a chili dog stand.
